NWMLS Vision Plans 

NWMLS provides two great plans from VSP, the nation's largest vision insurance provider. 

Option 1:   For Individuals or Families, rates start at $12.44 for an individual, $23.79 for a two-person family or $32.60 for a family of three or more.  The plan features $15 copay office exams, $25 copay for glasses/contacts and deep discounts for Laser surgery.

Option 2: For groups with at least two employees (or partners), rates start at only $6.19 per employee per month, an additional $3.72 covers the spouse.  The plan features $10 copay office exams, $25 copay for glasses/contacts and deep discounts for Laser surgery.

Important Note:  Per ACA law, children under 19 have full vision coverage if enrolled in an ACA compliant plan (almost all insurance plans are compliant).  Because of this, enrolling children in a vision plan is not always beneficial.
